Cart platform Magento is discontinuing two products made for small to
medium sized online retailers: Magento Go and ProStores. There are
more than 11,000 clients for that products. Ebay Bought Magento in
2011. Magento Go and Magento ProStores will be in fuction till
February 1, 2015.
Magento
Community Edition is the platform which is available free. It is
basically targeted at big retailers who need more flexible codes.
Magento Enterprise Edition is a paid edition available. It has many
unique features not available in Magento Community Edition. Magento
Enterprise Edition costs approximately $16000 per year.
